A brief introduction to RV geared motors

RV reduction motor is a mechanical transmission device in many agricultural fields. The service fields mainly include metallurgical industry, coal, shipbuilding, electric power engineering, water conservancy engineering, decorative building materials, etc. It can be said that it has moderate and extensive uses. The RV reducer is actually a powertrain distribution that self-reflects the driving force.

RV reduction motor is one of the commonly used reduction motors in the planetary reduction motor family. It consists of gears and turbines, has a compact structure, a large transmission ratio, and has the basic function of locking under certain circumstances. This is one of the commonly used reduction motors with small vibration, low noise and low energy consumption.

RV reduction motors are generally used in low-speed, high-torque motor equipment. The output power of a gas turbine or other high-speed operation is achieved by meshing the transmission gear on the input shaft of the reduction motor with the large gear on the output shaft, thereby achieving the deceleration effect. Generally, the reduction motor will have several pairs of transmission gears with the same mechanism to achieve the most ideal actual reduction effect. The reduction motor is a power transmission mechanism that uses the speed ratio converter of the gear shaft to reduce the motor's speed to the required speed to obtain greater torque.
