1. Types of commonly used reduction motors

The input shaft and output shaft are not on the same axis or in the same plane. However, the volume is generally larger, the transmission efficiency is not high, and the precision is not high.


2. The function of reduction motor


(1) The speed simultaneously reduces the inertia of the load, and the reduction in inertia is the square of the reduction ratio. It can be seen that general motors have inertia values.


(2) Reduce the speed and increase the output torque. The torque output ratio is multiplied by the motor output multiplied by the reduction ratio, but be careful not to exceed the rated torque of the reduction motor.


3. Types of reduction motors


General reduction motors include helical gear reduction motors, including parallel axis helical gear reduction motors, worm gear reduction motors, bevel gear reduction motors, etc., planetary gear reduction motors, cycloid pinwheel reduction motors, worm gear reduction motors, and planetary friction type mechanical gearless motors. Reduced motors are generally used in transmission equipment with low speed and high torque.
