Reduced motors are generally used in transmission equipment with low speed and high torque. The high-speed running electric motor, gas turbine or other energy meshes with the gear on the input shaft of the reduction motor and meshes with the gear on the output shaft to achieve the purpose of deceleration. The reduction motor will also have several consistent basic principles. The actual effect of the transmission gear must achieve the expected reduction. The ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small transmission gears is the reduction ratio.


The reduction motor plays the role of matching speed and transmitting torque between the transmission device and the treadmill or actuator. It is a relative mechanical device. The effect of applying it is to reduce speed and increase torque. It comes in many varieties, with different models and specifications, and different varieties have different main uses.


There are many types of reduction motors. According to the transmission type, they can be divided into gear reduction motors, worm gear reduction motors and large planetary gear reduction motors; unipolar and multi-stage reduction motors can be divided into unipolar and multi-stage reduction motors according to the different ratio series of the transmission system. Motor; according to the shape of the transmission gear, it can be divided into cylindrical gear reducer, bevel gear reducer and bevel cylindrical gear reducer; according to the layout of gear transmission, it can be divided into unfolded reduction motor, split reduction motor and same-tooth reduction motor.
