The planetary gear reduction motor plays the role of matching the speed and transmitting torque between the prime mover and the working machine. Therefore, the normal operation of the reduction motor affects the normal operation of the entire system, and its various characteristics are also more important.
At present, there is still a gap between the mechanical products manufactured and the current foreign mechanical products. These gaps are mainly reflected in basic components, such as hydraulic components, which are large in size, low in performance, and suffer from serious oil leakage. The quality of the hydraulic systems of imported mechanical products from abroad is relatively stable, and oil leakage is small after long-term use.
Some reduction motor manufacturers do not pay attention to the cleanliness of mechanical products and the production and assembly process, resulting in poor quality, low product delivery rate, and short service life. While introducing foreign technology, not enough attention was paid to the cleanliness of the product processing and assembly process. Therefore, although the technology is the same, the performance of the products produced is far from that of foreign countries. The cleanliness of the reduction motor is mainly reflected in the iron filings and other impurities generated during the processing and assembly of each part, as well as the cleanliness of the lubricating oil. While the issue of cleanliness is simple, the problems caused by the same issue or malfunction are multifaceted. The following explains the causes, effects and improvement methods of poor cleanliness.
1. Various factors that may lead to poor cleanliness of gear reduction motors
(1) The lubricating oil used in the reduction motor has poor purity. This is the direct cause of poor cleanliness. Main consequences: When the gear reduction motor starts running, the lubricating oil enters the lubrication pipe and is distributed to various lubrication points (usually the gear meshing area and bearing area). The impurities in it also reach the meshing area and bearings, thus affecting their service life. Therefore, it is recommended to use a special oil filter device to filter lubricating oil before using it.
(2) The iron filings generated during the processing of parts are not cleaned up. On the one hand, the iron filings of the parts are not cleaned due to carelessness during the next processing step, resulting in defects such as pits or scratches on the surface of the parts. On the other hand, iron filings in some parts are difficult to clean, such as iron filings in the oil hole. When the reduction motor is working, it will be brought into the working area through lubricating oil, thus causing damage to the reduction motor. part.
(3) The oil circuit after pickling is welded. Welding is not allowed after the oil circuit is pickled, otherwise impurities produced by welding will enter the pipeline and enter the reduction motor along with the circulation of lubricating oil.
(4) Post-process some parts of the assembled finished product. The principle is the same as (3).
(5) After cleaning the parts, do not pay attention to preservation and place them randomly. Impurities such as dust enter important surfaces of parts and affect the fit dimensions.
(6) The sealing effect is poor. From a design point of view, V-shaped dust seals can be used on the input and output shafts; from a processing point of view, the surface roughness of the shaft can be improved.
(7) Paint cannot withstand temperature. When the reduction motor is running under warm conditions, the paint on the inner wall of the box cannot withstand the temperature, and the paint peels off and falls into the lubricating oil; the paint on the outer wall of the box peels off, affecting the appearance.
(8) The sealant falls into the box. When too much sealant is applied to the surface of the reduction motor or other joint surfaces, the sealant will be squeezed into the case and into the lubricating oil after the case or cover is closed.
