1. The installation shaft of the right-angle planetary reducer needs to be cleaned before application. And check whether the installation shaft is clean.

2. The operating temperature of the planetary gear reducer is 0 to 40°C.

3. Check whether the coordination specifications of the hole (or shaft) connected to the right-angle planetary reducer are consistent with regulations. The size tolerance of the hole should be H7 (the size of the shaft is H6).

4. Before application, the position block should be replaced with the exhaust pipe screw to ensure that the body is exhausted during the reducer operation.

2. Application and maintenance of right-angle planetary reducer

1. The reducer is only installed on a flat, absorbing-absorbing and anti-torsion support point structure.

2. Under all conditions, the plate, shaft, gearbox gear or spindle chain is not allowed to use a hammer to hit the output shaft, which will damage the rolling bearing and shaft.

3. The lowering gear should be checked to see if the oil level is normal before use and work.

4. After 300 to 400 hours of use, the equipment should be disassembled and replaced with lubricating oil. Lubricants should be checked every six months.
