First of all, incorrect model selection leads to insufficient output of the right-angle planetary reducer. When selecting a model, some customers mistakenly believe that only the rated output torque of the selected planetary reducer can meet the working standard. In fact, this is not the case. First, the transmission ratio matches the rated output torque of the motor. Under normal circumstances, The resulting standard value is lower than the given equivalent rated output torque of the right-angle planetary reducer.


Secondly, it is also necessary to consider the load working capacity of the drive motor and the specific medium that often requires larger working torque. Theoretically, customers need greater torque during work, which must be less than 2 times the rated output torque of the reducer. It is not only the maintenance of the reducer, but also the key is to prevent the output shaft of the reducer from being screwed. If the output shaft and load of the installed equipment reducer are stuck, the working drive motor load will still continue to increase the output. Therefore, it is very likely that the output bearing of the reducer will be stressed by more than 2 times its output rated torque. And wring out the reducer output shaft.


Finally, during the entire acceleration and deceleration process, if the torque on the output shaft of the right-angle planetary reducer exceeds 2 times its rated output torque, and this acceleration and deceleration is too frequent, the reducer shaft will break.
