Four factors affecting the price of linear reduction motors

There are many types of linear reduction motors in the domestic market, and their prices vary greatly. At present, there is no unified pricing standard for linear reduction motors in the market, so what are the reasons that affect their prices?

1. Brand factors

Like most items, well-known brands are usually much more expensive than generic items.

2. Is it an imported brand?

Imported linear reduction motors are generally more expensive than domestic ones.

3. Product parameters

Different power, torque and speed ratio are factors that affect the price of linear reduction motors. These parameters can be viewed on the nameplate of the geared motor, as each machine model is based on detailed parameters.

4. Production materials

The quality of linear reduction motors is closely related to the materials from which they are produced. Only high-quality materials can produce good-quality geared motors, while low-quality counterfeit products often use poor materials, especially some important parts whose weight is not up to standard.

A good-quality linear reduction motor has been deeply carburized and hardened, and then precision tooth surface ground. Its hardness and accuracy will be much better than ordinary gears, so its price will be a little higher than ordinary gears.
