Causes of leakage of linear reduction motors
1. Frictional vibration caused by gear meshing of linear reduction motor is one of the key reasons for reducer leakage. During the entire operation of the reducer, the components of the transmission system may cause leakage during the design, installation, adjustment, and operation of the reducer. Accuracy errors and unscientific stress, especially friction and vibration caused by the teeth of the transmission gear, can easily lead to wear of the sleeve bearing position and bearing chamber, thereby causing leakage of the reducer's dynamic seal.
2. The pressure difference caused by the inside and outside of the linear reduction motor, the heat generated by friction and the harm of the working temperature during the entire operation process, the temperature of the reducer increases. If there is no ventilation hole or the ventilation hole is blocked, the working pressure of the machine will slowly increase, and the temperature of the machine will increase. The higher it is, the greater the pressure difference, causing the grease to leak out of the gaps as it thins out at temperature.
3. The equipment cannot remove thermal stress well during the production process and deforms, causing voids and leaks.
4. The inspection hole of the linear reduction motor is too thin, the structure is unscientific, the shape is easy to change, and grease leaks from the contact gap.
5. If there is too much oil and the shell does not return to the oil tank, it will easily cause a large amount of grease to splash and gather at the seal of the water pump, merging with the surface and causing leakage under the action of pressure difference.
6. The water pump seal quality is unqualified or the motor shaft processing accuracy is insufficient, resulting in the water pump seal position not being well sealed with each other, causing holes and leaks.
7. Damage caused by poor moisture resistance will cause increased vibration and leakage points. In addition to accelerating wear in the middle of the components, excessive temperature rise will accelerate the leakage of finished oil and even damage to the finished oil.
