1. Frictional vibration caused by reducer gear meshing is one of the important causes of gearbox leakage. During the operation of the gearbox, accuracy deviations and unreasonable stresses may occur during the design, installation, debugging, and operation of the transmission components. In particular, friction and vibration caused by gear meshing can easily cause the gear shaft bearing position and bearing failure. Wear of the chamber, which can lead to leakage of the dynamic seal and static seal of the gearbox.
2. There is a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the gearbox. During operation, the gearbox temperature increases due to frictional heating and ambient temperature. If there is no exhaust port or the exhaust port is blocked, the internal pressure will gradually increase. The higher the machine temperature, the greater the pressure difference, causing the lubricating oil to leak from the gap and become thinner after the temperature rises.
3. During the manufacturing process, the equipment failed to eliminate internal stress well, resulting in deformation and gap leakage.
4. The observation hole of the reducer is too thin, has an unreasonable structure, is easily deformed, and lubricating oil leaks from the contact gap.
5. Too much oil and there is no oil return groove in the tank will easily cause a large amount of lubricating oil to splash and accumulate on the shaft seal and joint surface, causing leakage under the action of pressure difference.
6. The quality of the shaft seal is not up to standard or the journal processing accuracy is not enough, resulting in poor assembly and sealing of the shaft seal parts, resulting in gaps and leaks.
7. Affected by poor lubrication, it will lead to increased vibration, increased leakage points, accelerated wear between components, excessive temperature rise, accelerated oil leakage and even oil scraping.
