When the angle reducer is running, it often makes noise but does not vibrate. The tooth surface is worn and corroded by iodine, and according to the engine oil standard, there is no shortage of engine oil. If this problem is not solved for a long time, it will affect the working efficiency of the angle reducer, and even shorten its service life in severe cases. If we want to solve this problem, we need to know what causes the machine to make loud noises.

The manufacturer of the angle reducer introduced us to the following noise causes.

1. When the angle reducer is running, the bearing clearance is too large, causing bearing vibration and noise.

2. During operation, the gears wear, causing the gear meshing clearance to increase and causing noise.

3. Excessive load on the corner reducer will cause excessive noise.

4. The bearings inside the quenched gear angle reducer are worn.

Excessive noise can easily lead to other malfunctions of the angle reducer. Therefore, if excessive noise occurs during work, we should find out the cause of this phenomenon in time and take effective measures to solve it.
