Overall

Please do not use the gearbox and motor outside the specifications on the nameplate or product catalog to avoid electric shock, injury and damage to the device. Please do not put your fingers or objects into the gear or motor openings to avoid electric shock, injury, fire and device damage. Please do not use a damaged gearbox or motor to avoid possible injury, fire, etc. Please do not remove the nameplate. If the product is modified privately by the customer, it is not covered by the warranty and the company does not assume any responsibility.

Move

When moving, it is very dangerous if it falls off or falls over, so please pay full attention to it.

Install

Please never place combustible materials around the gear box and motor to avoid fire. Please do not place objects around the motor, which may affect the ventilation and cooling of the motor, or even cause burns or fire due to abnormal overheating. Please do not touch the gear, the end of the motor shaft, or the keyway of the gear with bare hands to avoid injury. In devices that may produce smoke, such as food machinery, please install an additional oil cup that can hold oil at the installation site to prevent oil leakage from adversely affecting the product.

Link to main machine

Please install a safety cover on the rotating part to prevent injuries. Before connecting to the other party's machine, please confirm the direction of rotation. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, there is a risk of injury or damage to the device.

Measurement

When measuring insulation resistance, please do not touch the terminals to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Wiring

Please follow the wiring diagram or instruction manual to connect the power supply to avoid electric shock or fire. (If there is no terminal box, please make sure to strengthen the insulation of the connecting part) Please do not bend, stretch or clamp the power cable and motor lead excessively to avoid the risk of electric shock. The ground terminal should be firmly grounded to avoid the risk of electric shock. Be sure to use a power supply that meets the nameplate requirements to avoid burning the motor and causing a fire.

Run

Never approach or come into contact with rotating objects (shafts, etc.) during operation. If you are involved or injured, please cut off the power switch immediately and deal with it promptly. When there is a power outage, be sure to turn off the power switch to prevent injuries to people or damage to the device when the power comes on. Please note that motors with thermal protectors will automatically cut off the power supply when the motor temperature is abnormal. When the motor temperature drops to a certain value, the motor will automatically resume work. (Note: The motor will automatically recover if it is not burned out)

Daily inspection and maintenance

Under normal circumstances, keep the motor running in a normal working environment. (Except for special models) During inspection, never come into contact with rotating objects (shafts, etc.). There is a possibility of being involved and injured.

Inspection upon receipt of goods

Please confirm whether the spot goods are consistent with the order. Choosing the wrong product may cause damage to the motor or damage to the device.
