减速电机

The selection of the reduction motor should be based on the working system, transmission ratio, speed and power, and consider the weight of the mixer, usage factors, rotor load and other factors. The output shaft of the reduction motor and its bearings should be able to withstand the weight of the mixer. The structural design of the reduction motor should be able to withstand torsion, bending and thrust loads to ensure that the gears and bearings are not significantly deformed. Gearboxes should have a service factor of at least 2 for services prone to aggregation or generation of solid particles and a service factor of at least 1.4 for other services. For continuous operation conditions, under rated operating conditions, the bearing life of the reduction motor is L10=40000h.

Necessary lubrication measures should be taken into consideration for the reduction motor. When using oil bath lubrication, an oil level sight glass should be set to mark the normal oil level range. When forced lubrication is used, an oil station should be equipped and necessary safety interlocking devices should be considered.

The selection of reduction motor should also consider the following factors:

①The rotation direction of the output shaft is one-way or two-way.

②The direction of the axial force of the mixing shaft and whether the reduction motor can bear the axial force.

③Transmission ratio, power, input and output shaft speed, and relative position of the two axes.

④Explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof.

⑤The overall dimensions should meet the installation and maintenance requirements.

⑥Working stability, such as vibration and load changes.

⑦Use area, factory manufacturing and overhaul capabilities.

⑧Is it expensive?

⑨Other special requirements.
