Assuming you are using a planetary reduction motor, its main features are high precision, much higher transmission power than worm gear reduction motors, and low noise, but it is relatively expensive. Then there is the hard tooth surface reduction motor. Hard-tooth surface reduction motors used in machine tools are mostly used on large equipment.


Each type of machine tool reduction motor has its own characteristics. What the reduction motor manufacturers want to remind us here is that no matter which machine tool reduction motor is used, we must pay attention to its daily use process requirements.


The sudden shortcomings of reduction motors refer to the shortcomings of rapid development and large changes. It is characterized by sudden onset, no obvious long-term development process and accompanying signs, which is difficult to predict through environmental monitoring, and cannot describe or reflect the development process of faults with certain laws. Therefore, after a defect occurs, it is often easy to find the defect location, but the cause of the defect is not clear and requires analysis to determine.


The common method for analyzing geared motor faults is to first find out the main characteristics of the fault, especially the various traces that appear during the development of the fault, and then analyze the forced contact of the damaged part from the traces, and find out the abnormalities that occurred when the fault occurred. force. The cause of the defect may be understood by analyzing the structural characteristics of the relevant components through defect characteristics.
