Performance and features of planetary reducer:
1. The planetary gear transmission interface adopts full needle roller bearings without cage, which greatly increases the contact area, while also improving the structural rigidity and output torque;
2. Use 3D/PORE design analysis technology to trim the spiral tooth surface profile and pin length, reduce the impact and noise of the gear, and extend the service life;
3. The gear material is made of high-quality chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium alloy steel. After fire heating treatment, the base material hardness is 30HRC. Using advanced ion nitriding equipment, the gear surface hardness is nitrided to 840HV to obtain better wear resistance and impact toughness;
4. The oil seal contact interface at the output end of the planetary reducer is coated with titanium nitride, with a surface hardness of over 2000HV and a surface roughness of less than Ra 0.2um, ensuring the minimum friction coefficient and starting torque;
5. Use synthetic lubricating oil and IP65 protection grade sealing design to avoid oil leakage and maintenance;
6. The input end is connected to the planetary reducer using a clamping and locking mechanism to ensure interface concentricity and zero-return power transmission at high input speeds;
7. The gearbox and inner ring gear adopt an integrated design, with compact structure, high precision and large output torque.
