The use and maintenance of linear reduction motors are important links to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when installing a linear reduction motor, be sure to assemble and use it carefully in strict accordance with the following installation and use related matters.


1. Before installation, confirm whether the appearance of the linear reduction motor is intact and check whether the size of the reduction motor matches, such as the positioning boss of the motor, the input shaft and the groove of the reducer, etc.


2. Unscrew the screws on the outside of the linear reduction motor flange, adjust the PCS system fastening ring to align it with the dust-proof port, and insert the internal hexagon.


3. Connect the motor and linear reduction motor naturally. When connecting, ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reduction motor and the input shaft of the motor are consistent and that the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the concentricity is inconsistent, it will cause the motor shaft to break or the reduction motor gear to wear.


In addition, during the installation process, it is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer to prevent excessive axial or radial force from damaging the bearings or gears. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts before tightening them. Before installation, use gasoline or zinc-sodium water to wipe the anti-rust oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer connecting parts. The purpose is to ensure the tightness of the connection and flexibility of operation, and to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.


Before connecting the motor and linear reduction motor, the keyway of the motor shaft should be perpendicular to the tightening bolt. To ensure even stress, first tighten the mounting bolts at any diagonal position without tightening, then tighten the other two diagonal mounting bolts, and finally tighten the four mounting bolts one by one. Finally, tighten the bolts. All fastening bolts should be tightened and checked with a torque wrench according to the indicated tightening torque data.
