The spiral bevel gear reduction motor is a new type of reduction motor developed by our factory. The main transmission gear adopts Gleason quasi-hyperbolic tooth profile, and the gear has a hard tooth surface. It has the following characteristics: large carrying capacity, low noise (<76dB), long life, high efficiency (>95%), and stable operation.
The spiral bevel gear reduction motor adopts a horizontal motor, which transmits the transmission to the gear part through a set of V-belts, and then outputs the gear after shifting. The reduction motor can be selected from Y series, YA series, YB series and YCT series motors. If the user uses other types of motors, they need to indicate this when ordering. When using explosion-proof motors, anti-static triangle belts should be used.
The cycloidal pinwheel reduction motor is a deceleration structure with advanced design and novel structure that applies the principle of planetary transmission and adopts cycloidal pinwheel transmission. It is widely used in deceleration devices of transmission machinery such as petrochemical industry, light industry food, medicine, textile printing and dyeing, metallurgical mining, sewage treatment and engineering machinery. The working environment temperature is -25 to 40°C, the oil pool temperature rise does not exceed 45°C, and the maximum oil temperature does not exceed 80°C. Allows forward and reverse operation.
This device has the following features:
1. Large reduction ratio: primary transmission 9-87, secondary transmission 81-5133, multi-stage combination can reach tens of thousands.
2. Compact structure and small size: Compared with the same power reduction motor, the weight and volume are reduced by more than 1/3, and the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis, making the machine as small as possible and easy to install and debug.
3. Smooth operation, large load-bearing capacity, large number of meshing teeth, and large overlap coefficient keep vibration and noise to a minimum.
4. High transmission efficiency and long service life: The pin tooth transmission is rolling friction, and the main components are made of bearing steel with a heat treatment hardness of about HRC60. It is wear-resistant and shock-resistant, has a long service life, and the efficiency can reach more than 90%.
This series of reduction motors are available in four types: vertical double-shaft type, direct-coupled type, horizontal double-shaft type and direct-coupled type. Horizontal models mainly use oil bath lubrication, while vertical models below X4 (B2, B18) (including X4) use grease lubrication, which fundamentally eliminates oil leakage. Vertical X10 (B7, B45) and above models (including X10) adopt circulating oil lubrication.
