Disc planetary reducer, cooling, lubricant selection and sealing system expertise are very important. All specially manufactured gear machinery and poorly lubricated equipment may be damaged by artificial boards, ductile fracture, wear, etc. The lubrication function is to make the relative movement of the gear and the roller bearing reduce the concentration of partial contact stress, reduce friction, wear and power damage. In addition, the lubricant prevents corrosion, reduces damage, reduces noise, and removes and cleans the surface of the transmission parts.


There are two basic ways of lubricating oil for disc planetary reducers: oil lubrication and circulating oil forced lubrication. These two methods of lubrication are accompanied by different cooling methods.


1. Oil-immersed lubrication, the surface of the machine body naturally dissipates heat


Oil lubrication relies on oil-changing gears to inject oil into the gears and roller bearings. Disc planetary reducers generally require gear displacement indicators, large, medium and small gear set limits, not less than 11mm. In order to better prevent oil from being soaked in the lower gears of the multi-stage transmission, an oil stirring gear can be added to the higher gears.


2. Immersion lubrication, fan accelerated cooling


This approach is important for both rack and pinion drives and gear reducers, and is expected to work well in coaxial output reducers.


3. Oil immersion lubrication,


It is very important for very large gear machinery and equipment and uses different cooling methods such as oil penetration and matching. The oil pool must have a certain storage capacity.
