How to maintain the internal parts of the angle planetary reducer

1. During the operation of the angle planetary reducer, the temperature inside the box rises, the gas expands, and the pressure increases. In order to better discharge the thermal expansion coefficient of the air source water heater in the box, in order to maintain the balance of pressure inside and outside the box, and to prevent lubricating grease from leaking along other gaps, such as two-open box surfaces or shaft widening seals, they are generally installed on the box On top of the ventilator unit.

2. To ensure the production, processing and manufacturing of ball bearing holes, the disassembly and assembly of each cover must be ensured. Before opening the rolling bearing hole, the connecting flange between the cover and the box seat should be installed with positioning pins.

3. The rolling bearing cap is used to fix the journal position of the prefabricated components of the shaft system and bear the load of the journal. Both sides of the spherical bearing hole are closed by rolling bearing caps.

4. Use the oil level display to check the oil level and height in the oil tank of the angle planetary reducer, and always ensure that there is adequate oil in the oil tank. In general, installing a fuel level indicator in a car's fuel tank facilitates investigation and keeps the fuel level stable.

5. When replacing the oil plug, waste liquid and cleaning agent should be discharged. The oil hole should be opened at the bottom of the box base and the lower part of the oil pool. Usually the bottle cap should be plugged into the oil hole. A waterproof sealing ring should be installed between the oil plug and the tank joint surface.
