The right-angle reduction motor is made of stainless steel plate. If you do not pay attention to maintenance during the entire application process, the mechanical equipment will be easily oxidized and rusted after being used for a long time, which will greatly shorten its service life. Therefore, we can take the following measures to prevent corrosion.
1. The rust of the right-angle reduction motor is mainly caused by aerobic exercise and moisture in the grease. Corrosion is caused by acidic, alkaline substances and sulfates in the oil. Anti-rust treatment preservatives and anti-corrosion preservatives can be added to the oil to prevent rust.
2. Introduce grease into the friction surface between mating parts to generate floating oil, avoid metal materials from contacting each other, reduce wear, and prevent the explosion of the anti-rust treatment layer.
3. Keep the surface of the right-angle reduction motor clean and dry.
4. Insert a layer of metal material that is not easy to rust on the surface of the right-angle reducer motor through electroplating process, hot plating, etc., to produce a layer of high-density metal oxide plastic film, thus avoiding the contact between the reducer and water, gas, etc. Direct contact with chemicals causes rust.
Rust will cause serious harm to the use of right-angle reducer motors and reduce its application efficiency. Therefore, reducer manufacturers propose several countermeasures for anti-rust treatment before use to ensure that the reducer can be used for a long time.
