How to clean the internal parts of the right angle planetary reducer
1. Remove the reducer cover
If the equipment has a semi-connecting shaft, please disassemble the semi-connecting shaft first. Remove the fixing anchor bolts, screw the nuts onto the anchor bolts and keep them in a safe place. Check whether the upper cover is incomplete or cracked. After marking the installation mark, remove the bearing end cover. First check whether there are any abnormalities such as missing anchor bolts. After confirming the accuracy, use the docking fastener to lift the upper cover shell and place it on the prepared gasket. Use a micrometer or galvanized iron wire method to measure the clearance of each bearing. Measure several aspects of each bearing and keep records. Clean the grease in the right-angle planetary reducer and store it in a special steam barrel.
2. Gear shaft and driven shaft
Make a good impression when the gears mesh. After taking out the transmission gear, drain the dry wood board neatly and appropriately to avoid collision, and disassemble the shaft bearing and transmission gear.
3. Use gasoline to clean the bearings, housing and transmission gears to make full preparations for subsequent inspections.
