When selecting grease according to the bearing load of the traveling reduction motor, grease with small penetration should be used for heavy loads. When working under high pressure, in addition to small penetration, it also has high oil film strength and extreme pressure performance. Calcium-based grease has good water resistance and is not easily emulsified and deteriorated when exposed to water. Suitable for lubrication of various mechanical parts in humid environments or in contact with water. When selecting a grease based on operating temperature, the main indicators should be dropping point, oxidation stability and low temperature performance. The dropping point can generally be used to evaluate high temperature performance. The actual operating temperature of the bearing should be 10-20°C lower than the dropping point. The operating temperature of synthetic greases should be 20-30°C below the dropping point.

Different lubricants must not be mixed with each other. The position of the oil level plug, oil drain plug and breather hole is determined by the installation location.

Oil level check:

1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Wait for the reduction motor to cool down;

2. Remove the oil level plug and check whether the oil is full;

3. Install the oil level plug.

Engine oil inspection:

1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Wait for the reduction motor to cool down;

2. Open the oil plug and take an oil sample;

3. Check the viscosity index of the oil: if the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible;

4. Reduced motor with oil level plug: Check whether the oil level is qualified; install the oil level plug.

Oil change:

After cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases, making it difficult to drain the oil. The geared motor should be replaced when it is at operating temperature.

1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Wait until the reduction motor cools down and there is no danger of burning; note: the reduction motor must still be kept warm when changing the oil;

2. Place an oil pan under the oil drain plug;

3. Open the oil level plug, vent hole and oil drain plug;

4. Remove all oil stains;

5. Install the oil drain plug;

6. Inject new oil of the same grade;

7. The amount of oil should be consistent with the installation position;

8. Check the oil level at the oil level plug;

9. Tighten the oil level plug and vent hole.
