The oil used in the reducer is to achieve the purpose of deceleration. The oil used should have good wear resistance, rust resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent properties. Oil checks are also a daily practice and include: oil level check, oil inspection, oil change and other procedures:

Oil level check:

1. First cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock, and wait for the reducer to cool before checking;

2. Remove the oil level plug and check whether the oil is full. If not, add it in time;

3. Install the oil level plug to ensure there is no possibility of leakage.

Engine oil inspection:

1. First cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock and wait for the reducer to cool down;

2. After cooling, open the oil drain plug and take an oil sample for inspection;

3. Check whether the oil is obviously turbid. If so, please replace it as soon as possible.

Engine oil change:

1. Before the reducer cools down and there is no danger of burning, cutting off the power supply to prevent electric shock is also the first step;

2. Place an oil drain pan under the oil drain plug, then open the oil level plug, breather and oil drain plug to drain all the oil in the oil drain plug;

3. Install the oil drain plug and tighten it, then inject new oil of the same brand. Pay attention to whether the oil reaches the oil level line, and then tighten the oil level plug and breather.

Checking whether several aspects of the oil meet the standards is also one of the daily maintenance activities of the reducer, because the quality and location of the oil play a key role in the reducer. As long as the inspection is done well, the reducer can be mass-produced.
