1. In order to prevent the components driven by the reducer from bearing excessive external loads.
The reducer should be properly equipped so that the internal equipment can cooperate and the external load will not be increased due to lack of cooperation, thereby damaging the reducer.
2. The wear of the internal bearings or gears of the reducer should be controlled with a reasonable plan.
Provide timely feedback on the internal inspection results of the machine and promptly repair the internal parts of the reducer. 3. It is necessary to ensure that there is a satisfactory hydrodynamic lubricating oil film between the inside of the bearing and the gear meshing surface.
The reducer must use lubricating oil during operation. The lubricating oil is used to protect the machine and ensure that the structure between its bearings and tooth surfaces meets the hydrodynamic lubricating oil film to prevent the machine from malfunctioning due to frictional heating and other phenomena.
