Precision planetary reducers have a wide range of applications, but many people only know how to operate them and do not understand its various data. 1. The peripheral speed of the reducer gear transmission does not exceed 10 meters/second.
2. The input shaft speed should not be higher than 1500 rpm.
3. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40℃-+45℃.
4. The reducer can be used for forward and reverse operation.
Due to structural reasons, the minimum single-stage reduction of precision planetary reducers is 3, and the maximum generally does not exceed 10. Common reduction ratios are 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10. The number of reducer stages generally does not exceed 3, but some The large reduction ratio customized reducer has 4 levels of reduction.
Compared with other reducers, precision planetary reducers have the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision (single stage can achieve within 1 minute), high transmission efficiency (single stage is 97%-98%), and lifetime maintenance-free.
