The linear reduction motor is an independent component composed of gear transmission, worm transmission and worm gear transmission, and is installed in a rigid housing. It is usually used as a reduction transmission device between the original moving parts and the working machine. Linear reduction motors play the role of matching speed and transmitting torque between the prime mover and working machinery or actuators, and have been widely used in modern machinery.

1. Reduce the speed and increase the output torque. The torque output ratio is based on the motor output times the reduction ratio, but be careful not to exceed the rated torque of the linear reduction motor.

1. Reducers can be divided into two categories: general reducers and special reducers according to their uses. The design, manufacturing and use characteristics of the two are different. In the 1970s and 1980s, the world's linear reduction motor technology made great progress and was closely integrated with the development of new technological revolutions. Its main types are: gear linear reduction motor; worm gear reducer; gear worm linear reduction motor; planetary gear linear reduction motor.


2. General linear reduction motors include helical gear linear reduction motors (including parallel axis helical gear linear reduction motors, worm gear linear reduction motors, bevel gear linear reduction motors, etc.), planetary gear linear reduction motors, cycloidal pin gear linear reduction motors, and worm gears.
