1. When entering the warehouse for acceptance, the outer surface of the right-angle reduction motor should be smooth and flat. All connections and fasteners must not be loose.


2. Test method:


1. The machine should undergo a load test after passing the trial operation.


2. At the rated speed, the machine should be gradually subjected to load tests at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 110% and 125% of its rated torque.


3. During the load test, record the time, oil temperature, speed and torque every ten minutes.


4. Forward and reverse tests should be conducted on right-angle reduction motors that work in both directions or have no rotation direction indication. Unidirectional motors can be tested in one direction, and their direction of rotation must be the same as the working direction.


5. In the thermal power load test, the machine's oil pool temperature remains stable for two hours. The temperature should meet the requirements, and there should be no oil leakage from seals and joints.


3. Acceptance rules:


1. The manufacturer's quality inspection department is responsible for the inspection and acceptance of the machine and issues a certificate of conformity.


2. Inspection instruments must be measured and verified.


3. Sampling and testing of 10% of the right-angle reduction motors of the same specifications in mass production is allowed. If the sampling test fails, another 20% should be sampled. If the sampling test still fails, all samples should be tested.


4. Inspection items:


1. Side clearance and contact points of the worm gear pair.


2. Worm gear axial clearance.


3. The stability, noise, temperature rise and sealing of the transmission.


4. Paint and appearance quality.
