The key differences and characteristics of the right-angle reduction motor are that the worm gear reducer ratio is large and the reduction ratio is small; the worm gear transmission system is a vertical transmission system and the pulley is a parallel plane transmission system; the worm gear transmission system has small torque and a large pulley spacing; the worm gear transmission system has a small torque and a large pulley spacing. The efficiency of the transmission system is low, while the efficiency of the pulley is slightly higher; the worm gear structure is more complex and the cost is relatively high.

3. The heat generation is large, the journal is easy to wear, and the cost increases.
4. Large reduction ratio and compact structure.
5. The transmission system is stable and noiseless. Since the scroll rod teeth are continuous helical teeth, they are in continuous contact with the worm gear teeth, and the scroll rod teeth do not enter and exit the whole process of contact, so the work is stable and the impact, vibration and noise are small.
