Its series can be divided into single-stage, two-stage and three-stage gear reduction motors, and the main installation arrangements include expansion type, coaxial type and split type.
1. In the expanded version of the two-stage cylindrical gear motor, the gear is asymmetrical relative to the supporting position. When the shaft deforms due to bending and torsion, the load is distributed unevenly across the tooth width. Therefore, the shaft should be designed with greater stiffness and position the gear further away from the input. Terminal or output terminal.
2. Features of the split two-stage cylindrical gear motor: The leg shaft position of the split gear motor can be extended from either side, which facilitates the overall configuration of the machine. To counteract the axial force, one of the shafts should have a little axial movement so as not to block the gear.
3. Features of coaxial reduction motor: compact radial size, but large axial size. Because the intermediate shaft is larger, the deflection of the shaft under load is larger, so the load concentration along the tooth width is more serious. At the same time, since the centers of the secondary gears must be the same, the load-bearing capacity of the primary gear is difficult to fully exert, and the bearing in the middle is also difficult to lubricate. The input and output ends of the reduction motor are located at both ends of the same axis, which limits the overall configuration of the transmission
