Bearings are important prefabricated components of linear reduction motors when used. However, in some very unintentional situations, shafts can break. Now, reducer manufacturers will analyze some of the causes of bearing fractures.

The bearings will most likely break slightly over a long period of time. Generally speaking, this kind of bearing is likely to be severely worn, but the probability of breakage is not high. Many broken bearings have been in use for a long time. Generally speaking, considering fatigue fracture caused by high stress, it is usually because the heat treatment process used in production and processing is difficult, or the raw materials used in the production and processing of the bearing itself do not meet the operating requirements.

Generally speaking, when inspecting a broken shaft, we usually inspect it from aspects such as the location of the broken shaft and its compressive strength. If it is found that the broken shaft position has a very obvious pearl shell shape, it means that the hard journal linear reducer motor has a relatively standard fatigue fracture. If we look closely, we will find that the crack source area is relatively flat, and those with expansion areas are also relatively flat, but chemical fibers will appear in the broken part. Typically, such bearings are damaged by ground stresses. Usually, the crack source area and other parts are relatively flat, because important in-situ stresses are concentrated in the instantaneous fracture parts, while other parts are relatively flat because they are not damaged by in-situ stresses.

The bearing itself has high requirements on its quality when used. Therefore, if you find it damaged during use, you must consider whether it is a difficulty in the production process.
