This may cause damage to the output shaft during operation. Undesirable damage to more sensitive parts. When installing the equipment, be sure to pay attention to the weight of the intermediate shaft of the transmission device. The causes of errors must be within the allowable range. The installation location must ensure that workers can easily access the correct standards, ventilation plugs, drainage plugs, etc. So what should you pay attention to before using the right-angle reduction motor?
1. The installation shaft must be cleaned before use, and check whether there are protrusions and debris on the installation shaft. If so, be sure to clean and organize all parts.
2. The operating temperature of the right-angle reduction motor is 0 ~ 40℃.
3. Check whether the matching specifications and models of the right-angle reduction motor connecting holes meet the requirements. The standard tolerance of the hole should be H7.
4. Before use, the upper block should be replaced with an exhaust pipe plug to ensure that the right-angle reduction motor can discharge gas from the equipment body when it is running.
