What are the accessories for right angle reduction motors?

Every kind of mechanical equipment has some components, but some components are key components of all mechanical equipment, while some have less functions and are mainly auxiliary components. Right-angle geared motors achieve great results in terms of speed control, application and reduction in a risk-free manner.

1. Right angle reduction motor box and box cover

The casing and cover are the fulcrum and support parts of the reduction motor transmission device and have a complex structure. The shell must have high-quality bending stiffness, shock absorption and airtightness when under pressure. When covers and cases are produced in small batches, they are calcined and handmade from gray cast iron or alloy steel (Q235a).

2. Shaft, sleeve and transmission system drive gear

Shafts, bushings and transmission gears are key prefabricated components of reduction motor transmissions. The composition of the action shaft and sleeve requires strong comprehensive process performance; the contact stress and ground stress between the shaft sleeve and the transmission gear of the transmission system are very large, so the right-angle reduction motor should have high wear resistance.

3. Roller bearings

The roller bearings in right-angle reduction motors bear small radial and journal stress fields and must have high tensile strength and wear resistance. The roller bearing is a standard part, its sides are calcined from door hinge 45 steel, the rigid ball is cold rolled from roller bearing steel, and the ball bearing is made from alloy steel metal mold.

4. Roller bearings and rolling bearing end covers

Right angle reduction motor roller bearings and roller bearing end covers are used to prevent roller bearing movement and maintenance. In single-piece, small-batch production, gray cast iron is used for hand shaping and calcining, or alloy steel round bars are used for cutting. In large-scale production, gray cast iron is used for styling and calcining mechanical equipment products.
