The closed-loop stepper motor has a built-in incremental photoelectric encoder, which can solve the problem of out-of-step of the open-loop stepper motor and greatly improve the speed and accuracy. By optimizing the magnetic circuit design and selecting high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and high-temperature-resistant permanent magnet materials, the stepper motor greatly improves the power density and stability of the equipment and effectively reduces the temperature rise of the equipment.


The main features of closed-loop stepper motors are as follows:


1. The servo system is simple;


2. No gain adjustment, internal automatic setting function;


3. Constant current control can be performed according to load conditions;


4. Quick response (high-speed positioning);


5. Stable speed and high positioning accuracy;


6. No jitter, high-speed movement, stable;


7. High torque output, high resolution, and no differential feedback.


Features of closed-loop hybrid stepper motors:


1. Ultra-low vibration and low noise;


2. Automatic motor parameter identification;


3. Can provide 12~24V control signal interface;


4. Optically isolated differential signal input;


5. Overvoltage, short circuit, phase loss, encoder fault tracking, ultra-low fault protection;


6. Output signal faults and location should be performed in non-isolated OC.
