The function of the reduction motor is to increase the output torque at the same time. The torque output ratio is multiplied by the motor output, but be careful not to exceed the rated torque of the reduction motor; the inertia of the load is reduced at the same time, and the reduction in inertia is the square of the reduction ratio.


When changing the oil, wait for the reduction motor to cool down until there is no danger of burning, but still keep it warm, because the viscosity of the oil will increase after complete cooling, making it difficult to drain the oil. Note: Cut off the power supply to the transmission device to prevent accidental startup; during operation, when the oil temperature exceeds 80°C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100°C and abnormal noise occurs, stop using it and check the cause. The fault must be eliminated and the lubricating oil must be replaced before operation can continue.
