There are many types of linear reduction motors, and different models have different uses. The following are the types of geared motors:
1. According to the transmission type, it can be divided into gear reduction motor, worm reduction motor and planetary gear reduction motor.
2. According to different transmission series, it can be divided into single-stage and multi-stage reduction motors.
3. According to the shape of the gear, it can be divided into cylindrical gear reduction motor, bevel gear reduction motor and bevel gear-cylindrical gear reduction motor.
4. According to the arrangement of the transmission device, it can be divided into expansion type, split type and coaxial reduction motor.
The reducer is an independent component consisting of gear transmission, worm transmission and worm gear transmission, installed in a rigid housing. It is usually used as a reduction transmission device between the original moving parts and the working machine. The prime mover and the working machine or actuator play the role of matching speed and transmitting torque, and are widely used in modern machinery.
Reducers are generally used for low-speed and high-torque transmission devices. The motor, internal combustion engine or other high-speed running power is placed on the gear of the reducer on the input shaft. The large gear meshes less with the output shaft gear to achieve the purpose of deceleration. Generally, there are a few reducers with the same gear principle and achieve the ideal reduction effect. Their size is related to the ratio of the number of gear teeth and the transmission ratio.
