What is the reason for oil leakage of disc planetary reducer?


1. Since the oil seal is the primary condition for the actual effect of the disc planetary reducer shaft seal, in long-term high temperature weather, friction causes the oil seal to come into rolling contact with the oil seal, causing wear and tear during sealing operation; the speed ratio of the shaft is also harmful, and the higher the temperature, Faster, the higher the temperature, the oil seal will be damaged and catch fire, resulting in oil seal seal failure and reducing the service life of the oil seal.


2. Long-term use of the equipment causes damage and deterioration of the motor shaft, reducing or even eliminating the sealing effect of the oil seal. At the same time, the roughness of the equipment shaft surface is also a key reason for oil seal damage.


3. Put too much oil. During operation, the oil pool was not fully mixed, and grease splashed all over the equipment. If there is too much oil, a large amount of grease will be deposited on the fusion surface of the oil seal, causing oil leakage.


4. During the entire application process, the disc planetary reducer does not turn on. Although the unit has a natural ventilation hood, the vents are too small and can easily become clogged with dust and oil. During the operation of the geared motor, the kinematic pair will generate friction heat and be affected by the ambient temperature. To increase the temperature, if there is no vent or the vent is blocked, the internal working pressure will gradually increase. The higher the internal temperature, the greater the pressure difference with the outside, and grease will emerge from the gaps due to the pressure difference.
