In the production and manufacturing of chemical plants, due to limitations in the location of installation equipment, most belt conveyors use electric rollers to transport finished products. Due to the compact structure of the drum reduction motor, part of the transmission system is in the internal structure of the drum. The driving force transmitted by the output shaft is transmitted by the drum, and the driving force formed by the motor is transmitted to a pair of gears. The production line must run 24 hours a day, so the gears of the transmission system are seriously damaged. The sealing ring in the convex bearing end cover is easy to age. During operation, the oil leakage on the ground side of the transformer in the output bearing end cover is serious. In addition, the insulation layer of the motor stator is aging. It is difficult to detect and repair, the price of individual gears is high, the procurement time of parts is long, the maintenance cost is relatively high, replacement is frequent, and production constraints are serious. The hard tooth surface series product reduction motor is used to replace the cylindrical reduction motor, which solves the problems of high failure rate and short application cycle of the cylindrical reduction motor.


A certain factory has an annual production capacity of 315,000 tons of ammonium bicarbonate. The production of raw materials and finished products is all carried out by belt conveyors. At present, the drive system of the belt conveyor in the soda production workshop widely adopts three methods: electric roller, star rotary reduction motor and vertical reduction motor. The original design had a large proportion of electric rollers, with as many as 20 electromechanical rollers for the belt conveyor. Moreover, after each step has been installed and used for many years, there are common faults at different levels and maintenance is often frequent.


1) The feed temperature after calcination is high, which causes accelerated aging of the drum seal ring and serious oil leakage.


2) The processing technology stipulates that the machine should be run once an hour. Starting and stopping often causes rapid damage to the gears of the transmission system.


3) The amount of dust accumulated is as high as 52t/0.5h, the transmission belt is heavily loaded, the three-joint buffer roller has a small load-bearing capacity, the transmission system roller bearings are heavily loaded with dust, the operation is not smooth, and the adhesion is serious, resulting in large starting friction resistance.


The gear of the hard-tooth surface reduction motor is made of high-toughness, low-carbon, environmentally friendly aluminum alloy, which has been carburized and quenched. They have high tooth surface hardness, high-precision gears, high transmission ratio, high system efficiency, compact structure, very good sealing effect, no oil leakage, small size, lighter weight, core distance, center height, and reduction ratio are all selected with priority numbers The priority number of the system. The main parameters and structure of the gear are designed based on the reliability of the electronic computer; the wear resistance index is high, the motor is external, and maintenance is more time-saving. Maintenance saves time and effort after an unexpected malfunction occurs in the reduction motor.
